Considering the fact that we will work with only one consulting firm per country, we would like to underline
our objective and the related 3 step process:
Select - Invite - Meet
1. The Consulting firm is supposed to select candidates that will meet the following criterias:
a.. Entrepreneur with a success track record in either importing or distributing products.
b.. Knowledge of 'Product-Launch-Strategies'.
c.. Able to develop and implement a business plan with controlling features built in as well as well trained communication and reporting skills.
d.. Solid financial background.
e.. Ready to invest anything from $50,000 to $1.5 million.
2. Each chosen candidate will be invited for a 30 minutes Conference Call that will be attended by the consulting firm as well. Purpose of the call is to analyse the current status of the candiate and to put forward additional questions.
3. Assuming a positive outcome of the call, we will arrange for a personal meeting with each candidate.
